Salisbury Musical Society: Mozart programme

Salisbury Musical Society will join with Salisbury Symphony Orchestra to perform an all-Mozart programme.

Works include a setting of the Vespers, the well-known motet Exsultate Jubilate with its famous Alleluia, and the Coronation Mass.

This concert will be conducted by the Cathedral’s Assistant Director of Music John Challenger.

Soloists will be:

Keri Fuge (soprano)
Emma Lewis (mezzo soprano)
Edward Rimmer (tenor)
Charles Cunliffe (bass)

Salisbury Musical Society is a mixed choir of about 120 voices. We perform major classical choral works in public concerts that are normally given in Salisbury Cathedral, three times a year, accompanied by a full orchestra.
