Two Pianos: Every Picture Tells A Story

Two Pianos-Gill Bolton and Zara Kuckelhaus- play a selection of piano duos and duets inspired by stories and paintings.

Programme will include Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky, Three Pieces from Studio Ghibli, Mother Goose Suite by Ravel, Three Waltzes for Two Pianos – a Medley of Waltzes made famous in Disney Films arranged by Greg Anderson, A New Account of the Blue Danube Waltzes by Greg Anderson and What a Wonderful World arr. Anderson.

We will add something seasonal and get busy baking the cakes, which will be included in the ticket price.

GILL BOLTON (TWO PIANOS)

Gill Bolton and Zara Kuckelhaus (Two Pianos) are a mother and daughter piano duo who put on concerts several times a year, supplemented with home made cakes. Gill teaches piano in Salisbury, having attended the Junior Department of the Royal College of Music,whilst Zara studied at both the Junior Department of the Royal College of Music and then at Trinity College of Music. She now works for Cambridge University.
