The Farrant Singers – ‘Requiem’
The programme is entitled “Requiem” and includes music by Mozart, Duruflé, Byrd and, being 60 years since the assassination of President Kennedy, Herbert Howell’s ‘Take him, earth, for cherishing’ which was an American commission first performed in Washington on 22 November 1964.
